Frequently asked questions
- What file format should I upload?
- Send artwork as PDF, AI, PSD. A CMYK PDF at the size you are ordering prints most predictably.
- What is bleed and why does it matter?
- Bleed is 5 mm of artwork extending past the trim edge, so no white hairline appears after cutting.
- How long does production take?
- 3 business days once artwork is approved.
- Can I approve before the full run?
- Order a single piece first to approve colour and finish, then raise the quantity on the same design.
